Privacy policy

Circle K RV Park, LLC operates an RV park, convenience store and restaurant at 5907 E County Road 72, Midland, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect about residents, guests and staff, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details: names, mobile numbers, email and mailing addresses of the adults staying at a site, and of the person who pays for a site.
• About your stay: your site, arrival and departure dates, the first names and ages of children staying with you, pets, vehicles and license plates, your RV, and the names of people who may receive packages for you.
• Billing: rent, electric meter readings and usage, statements, payments, refunds, credits and deposits. Card and bank details are entered on our payment processor's secure page and stored by that processor; we see only the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.
• What you tell us: notes you add to your account, problems you report, and photos you send with them.
• Staff: the names, PINs and work records used in our maintenance log, and the mobile numbers enrolled for maintenance texts.
• Text messages: whether you agreed to texts, when and how, opt-outs, and whether a message was delivered.

How we use it

We use this information to run your stay and the park: to bill you and take payment, send statements, receipts and notices, respond to problems you report, maintain the park, hand out packages, keep residents safe (for example, knowing whom to call if a child is found wandering), and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use it for marketing texts.

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not sell or share your mobile number, your text message opt-in or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the texting provider that delivers our messages, which may use them only to send messages for Circle K RV Park, LLC.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops texts; it does not close your account, and you will still receive statements by email. See the text message terms.

Who else sees it

We share information only with companies that provide services to us (website hosting, payment processing, text messaging and email delivery), and only so they can provide those services; when the person who pays for your site needs to see your site's bills; or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as we need them to operate the park, store and restaurant, and for as long as the law requires, including financial records and records of consent and opt-outs.

Your choices and requests

You can update most of your details in your resident account. To ask what information we have, or to ask for a correction or deletion, call 432-218-7946 or email office@circlekrvpark.com. We may need to keep records the law requires us to keep, including a record that a number opted out of texts.

Children

We do not collect information directly from children. A parent or guardian may give us a child's first name and age so we know whom to contact.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
